Hey. I applied your changes and tried to create a few instances with a firewall rules and a project ID, but I got the same error as before.

There are errors:

module.test.cloudstack_port_forward.port_forward[1]: Creation complete after 12s [id=332912f6-e272-4130-a851-c7b7b822d813]
module.test.cloudstack_port_forward.port_forward[0]: Creation complete after 20s [id=332912f6-e272-4130-a851-c7b7b822d813]

│ When applying changes to module.test.cloudstack_firewall.firewall_open_ports[1], provider "provider[\"registry.terraform.io/cloudstack/cloudstack\"]" produced an unexpected new value: Root object was present, but now absent.
